Turning Dreams to Reality

Do a dream board where you cut out words and pics from magazines or write down your goals and dreams. Magic happens when those goals hit the paper.

Gratitude

Be thankful for the day. When you stop to pay gratitude to the universe for even the littlest things, you open up the universe to give more blessings to you.

Seniors

Adopt a pet for a senior you know. Pets provide companionship and love for the lonely.

Trash Pick

No really. If you see a great item sitting on the curbside waiting for the trash truck, pick it up. Give it a new life by either donating it, repurposing it or consigning it to a consignment store to make a little extra cash.

Flying High

Next time you take a flight and see maybe a family separated or a member of the military. Offer your seat to the family to unite them or if you have a better seat give it to the military member (especially if you are in first class). Often times the miltary will refuse it because they are not allowed to take any gifts but that simple gesture will show that you appreciate them.

Driving vs Train

Driving causes massive amounts of stress - road rage, traffic, etc. Take the train or a bus. You will have time to relax, nap, read a book or just plain veg out. Plus you are reducing your carbon foot print.

TY.

Say “Thank you” to a police officer or military member next time you see one. A simple “thank you” goes a long way.

Pets

The shelters are over full and countless, adoptable animals are being euthanized daily. Adopt a stray. Pound pets are some of the most loyal, loving animals. I’m speaking from an entire life time of experience. Added bonus, pets help reduce stress and can add years to your life.
